GOTBA Victoria have released a template for responding to the Victorian draft Code of Practice, for the benefit of participants.

Responses are due by August 14, with all participants encouraged to make a submission, in order to shape the Code of Practice.

GOTBA Victoria have also compiled a summary on the regulatory impact statement (available here)

The NSW GBOTA and AFGBOTA will make submissions on the code, given the possible connectivity of the Victorian Code of Practice on the national landscape.

NSW participants should make submissions on this premise also, given it is anticipated that a NSW Code of Practice will be developed in the coming 12months.

A copy of the template is word document (.doc) format or PDF format are available
